Return & Refund Policy

Lorient Fashion – Qatar

At Lorient Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in accordance with the policy below.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 working days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in physical retail locations, if any.


1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

  2. You will be required to provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Confirmation with further instructions.

  4. The item must be handed over to the courier within 7 working days from the date you receive the return confirmation.

⚠️ Only the items approved in the return request will be accepted.


2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 7 working days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, labels, and seals must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories (such as garment covers).

  • Items must be returned from the same country where the order was placed.

  • The courier pickup or shipment must be completed within the allowed return timeframe.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

If a return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer at their own expense. If the delivery is refused, Lorient Fashion reserves the right to retain the item and the amount paid.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

  • Any item returned after the 7-day period


4. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Lorient Fashion is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.


5. Exchange & Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email.

  • Approved exchanges may be handled by:

    • Sending a replacement item (subject to availability), or

    • Issuing a store credit / voucher code.

Store Credit Terms:

  • Valid for 30 days from the date of issue

  • Can be used once only

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect.
